Cat won't eat cat food?

My kitten was found by someone and they spoiled her with macaroni and cheese and other unhealthy human food. I am trying to get her to eat cat food, but she won't. What should I do? Should I just offer it to her and wait for her to get hungry enough to eat? I leave out dry food because my other cat eats it, and I leave out some canned food but she just smells it and meows for something else. Help!
Answers:
Just leave the dry food out. Eventually, she'll get hungry enough and eat it. I feel sorry for that her former owners were so careless as to feed her Mac %26 Cheese. Just ignore her crying, and eventually she'll get the idea.
dont feed it any thing else!
this is going to sound crazy, but try microwaving it

my parents used to have a cat that only wanted human food while she was pregnant, so they microwaved the cat food and pretended that they were going to eat it. When she looked up expectantly, they sat it in front of her. She'd eat it with gusto for a minute or so before she'd realize that it was cat food.
leave it out and she will eat once she gets hungry enough as harsh as it sounds your gonna have to do it do not feed your cat anymore human food if you have. she will only keep begging leave the dry food and wet food out for her maybe try to mash it up and hand feed her depending on how young he/she is make sure your kitten ALWAYS has water mine wont eat without it they get very thirsty and she knows she will so she wont eat until I put out water, try different cat food and see which one she likes once you find the one she likes do NOT SWITCH BRANDS!! they can sense it and will be very picky.
It is essential that the kitten eat and she will eat when she gets hungry so you have to ignore the situation (but not ignore the problem).

I have five cats here now. They don't all like the same thing and if they don't eat at one meal they can wait for the next in the hopes that it is something they might like better. What's for dinner, is dinner. You are in charge and part of your care of her is that she eat what you decide is appropriate cat food.
Cats love the liquid that comes with canned food. Get a canned food with plenty of liquid (9 lives is a good one for that), and leave it out for an hour or two. Then remove it (it does go bad). It may take a few days. The dry food is okay, but not a balanced diet, and not moving the kitty towards accepting the canned food.
Mac and cheese is even more unhealthy for a cat than for humans. Had she stayed on the diet, she could well go blind from lack of taurine, a protein cats need for their eyes.
