Cats for sale or for free?

Is anybody giving away a litter of kittens or selling them in reno?
We have been looking for good healthy kittens.

Hi there.consider either Petfinder http://www.petfinder.com or Craigslist Reno: http://reno.craigslist.org/pet/. . People post here daily so be sure to check back often.
there wondering around every where for free get some cat food out and a net
You could always try a classfied ad website like Craigslist or check in your local newspaper. That's worked for me in the past.
Why? To sell them off again? What does one person want with a litter of kittens?
If you want good, healthy kittens your best bet is a shelter where the kittens have been wormed, tested for feline diseases, checked by a vet and frequently have been spayed or neutered and started on basic and important kitten shots. The adoption fees cover these services and are usually half of what it would cost you to have those services performed on the "open" market.

Your taxes support the operation of your local shelter - including the rescue of abused or abandoned cats and dogs in your community.

If you adopt a kitten who is "free" you only support ignorant people who do not spay their cats and contribute to the tragic overpopulation of companion animals in the US.
I know many places to find kittens, but, I won't tell you because I question why you would want a litter of kittens.
;you can go online, and check with your local animal shelter, or just drop in, that is the best place to get a kitten, they get so overloaded with them. good luck, kittens are so fun to have,
check out your local animal shelter or check in the newspaper in your area in the classified ads under pets or check with your vet in the area some times people move and want a home for their pets and leave information with the vet for people to contact them
thank you
"A few", wow you're going to be busy.

There are lots of places to find "free" kittens (newspaper, on-line, etc.) but keep in mind that the "free" kittens really don't end up being "free".

If you adopt a kitten from an animal shelter they will already be spayed or neutered, have had their vaccinations, been tested for aids and leukemia and probably already be microchipped.

If you take a kitten to the vet and have everything done there, it is usually going to cost you a lot more.

The animal shelters have so many kittens and older cats that are loving and desperate for a home, please consider one of them!

Best of luck to you whatever you decide.
