try changing his food, espically since the very says that he is healthy it is probably just that.
The vet doesn't seem to be worried..Unless it's diarreha, which can be life threatening if it's chronic, I guess if the vet doesn't have a problem with it. Is he aware that this is the norm for your cat?
Call your vet again, cats can reinfect themselves with many types of intestinal parasites, try another type of cat food, just because it's chicken and rice doesn't mean that's all that's in there - read the package, try z/d or d/d feline diets, if your cat is indoor/outdoor try keeping it inside for a while

first of all screw all of you people for attacking this persons question! look, i have had the same problem for years, turned out docs thought i had irritable bowel syndrome, but i actually lacked enough fiber in my diet. cats can have ibs and lack fiber as well. check into changing its diet to a higher fiber diet and see if that helps! if not i would definately get a second opinion or a different vet! hope it works for you and your kitty! :)
